Field Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and oversee budgets and operational costs for fieldwork activities. Manage and allocate resources and budgets throughout the fieldwork process (before, during, and after). Collaborate efficiently with team members, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure the execution of high-quality quantitative and qualitative fieldwork. Lead the field team in recruitment, interviews, and conducting both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork. Maintain a robust field team presence in the Jabodetabek area and other cities across Indonesia. Exhibit strong managerial and leadership capabilities to effectively guide the team. Perform well under pressure, ensuring data quality meets set targets. Oversee field vendors to ensure smooth field operations. Focus specifically on the project fieldwork. Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, with a proven leadership track record. Comprehensive understanding of fieldwork methodologies and strategies. Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse team of researchers and operations staff. Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting targets ahead of deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to create and manage budgets for operational costs for various projects. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
