Show job description

At Tucuvi, we help healthcare organizations ensure every patient receives timely, high-quality care by augmenting clinical teams with AI.

Our clinical-grade AI Care Management platform automates and orchestrates high-volume workflows end to end, combining autonomous AI agents - including LOLA, our Voice Clinical Agent - with workflow logic, escalation, documentation, and seamless integration into existing health system infrastructure. Built for trust and clinical reality, Tucuvi is the first Class IIb Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) for Voice AI driven patient management.

Today, we support 50+ care pathways across 80+ healthcare organizations, delivering up to 80% automation of nursing workflows and >90% patient engagement. We recently raised $20M in Series A funding to scale across Europe and the US.

CONTEXT

We're building our commercial presence in the US healthcare market from the ground up, and field marketing is core to how we open, accelerate and expand relationships with health systems. You'll work in close partnership with our US GTM and with the Marketing team, who set the overall strategy, brand and campaign frameworks.

This is an inaugural role: there's no established field marketing program to inherit, and no detailed playbook for every situation. You'll get direction, context and initial guidelines, and from there, it's on you to build the program, decide what makes sense, and get it done. This is a hands-on, all-terrain role: one day you're prioritizing which markets and accounts deserve a field program, the next you're running the pre- and post-work for an event we're staffing, or building the dashboard that proves it worked.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your mission is to build field marketing into a real driver of US pipeline: opening doors into target health systems, supporting GTM with what they need at every stage of a complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycle, and making sure Tucuvi shows up sharp at every event, account touchpoint and campaign in the US market.

You'll own the day-to-day execution of the US field marketing plan under the overall Marketing strategy, not just following a checklist, but exercising real judgment about what a given account, market or moment needs. You bring the initiative to say "this makes sense, this doesn't, let's do it this way" rather than waiting to be told, and you're comfortable being accountable for pipeline and revenue impact, not just activity.

You'll partner closely with the US GTM team as their primary field marketing point of contact, translating account and market intelligence into concrete marketing actions, while working with the Marketing team in Europe on messaging, content and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own account and market intelligence. Develop a deep understanding of our target US health systems, their stakeholders, buying committees, initiatives, barriers and buying triggers. Then translate that intelligence into specific marketing actions that open, develop and accelerate commercial opportunities.

  • Own field event strategy and execution end to end. Build the regional marketing calendar in coordination with GTM, prioritizing the markets, accounts and event formats with the highest potential impact. Run the full cycle for events we attend or staff in the US: pre-event outreach and target-account activation, materials and logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and lead handoff to GTM. This is hands-on execution, not just coordination. You're comfortable doing the legwork yourself.

  • Drive and own pipeline generation from field programs. Be accountable for the pipeline and revenue impact of your programs.

  • Build GTM enablement content. Produce and adapt account-specific materials (presentations, customer evidence, use-case content and other assets) that GTM can put directly in front of a prospect or champion.

  • Execute and adapt campaigns for the US. Run the US-side execution and localization of centrally developed campaigns across ABM, demand generation, nurturing and executive outreach.

  • Own the digital toolkit. Use paid media, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SEO/GEO and other relevant channels to support account and market development; you don't need to be a digital specialist, but you need to be comfortable running and troubleshooting these channels yourself.

  • Support messaging and positioning for the US. Help adapt Tucuvi's messaging, proof points and content for US healthcare buyers and for specific account contexts.

  • Surface new opportunities. Research target organizations, healthcare trends and potential areas for commercial development, and flag them proactively.

  • Build external relationships. Develop relationships with associations, partners, media and agencies that increase access to target accounts and strengthen Tucuvi's presence in the US market.

REQUIREMENTS

8+ years of field marketing experience at a B2B health tech company, with exposure to provider and payer organization sales cycles. You've worked hands-on across field marketing, demand generation or ABM, with a track record of building pipeline-driven programs, not just running events for the sake of it.

  • Initiative over instruction. You take a rough brief or an initial guide and run with it, deciding what to do, how to organize it and what to prioritize, rather than waiting for detailed direction.

  • All-terrain execution. You're equally comfortable staffing an event, building a one-pager for a specific account, or troubleshooting a paid campaign. You don't need to be the deepest expert in any one channel, but you get things done across all of them, and you juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.

  • Field and event experience. You've planned and run the pre- and post-work around events and understand what it takes to turn a booth or a sponsored session into pipeline.

  • Customer-obsessed relationship-building. You build genuine relationships with the accounts and stakeholders you're marketing to, not just transactional touchpoints.

  • Comfort with ambiguity. You try it before you ask about it, and you're not thrown by a market or a role that's still being built.

US-based. You'll work in close partnership with our Europe-based Marketing team, bringing a US perspective to Tucuvi as we build it into a truly global healthtech company.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience building a field marketing function at an early-stage or high-growth startup, rather than scaling an existing one.

  • Familiarity with AI or voice technology products, or with selling into complex, multi-stakeholder health system buying committees.

WHAT WE'LL ASK YOU TO SHOW US

  • An event or field activation you ran end to end, the pre-work, the on-site execution and the post-event follow-through, and what pipeline or revenue it produced.

  • An account-specific piece of content or sales material you built, and how it was used.

  • An example of turning a loose brief or initial guidance into a plan you organized and ran yourself.

THIS IS NOT THE ROLE FOR YOU IF

  • You need a detailed playbook before you can act.

  • You'd rather specialize deeply in one channel than move across events, content, campaigns and digital.

  • You see events as something to attend rather than something to plan, staff and follow up on.

  • You wait to be told what's next instead of proposing it.
