About SiTime
SiTime is the Precision Timing company.
Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.
Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.

- Hands-on fluency with marketing automation, CRM, and BI reporting to build regional campaign flows, track lead flow through to sales, and report performance without waiting on corporate.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to operate independently across time zones, cultures, and competing regional priorities.
- It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
- nglish proficiency is required, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.
Desired Characteristics & Attributes:
- Minimum 7+ years in field, regional, or channel marketing within the semiconductor, electronic components, or high-technology industry, including direct EMEA responsibility.
- Based in EMEA, able to travel across the region approximately 30% of the time, and effective working with a US-headquartered marketing team.

- Established relationships with, or strong working knowledge of, EMEA distribution and rep partners (Arrow, Avnet/EBV, Future, Mouser, Digi-Key, Farnell) and the regional trade media landscape.
- Understanding of the region’s priority end markets — automotive, industrial and automation, aerospace and defense, telecom infrastructure, and datacenter — and how design-win cycles differ across them.
- Practical command of GDPR and regional data privacy requirements as they govern event data capture, lead handling, and email programs.
- Comfortable building process from scratch, prioritizing without a template, and asking for what the region needs.
- Experience applying AI tools to accelerate localization, content adaptation, and regional reporting.
