Welcome to Tomorro

Tomorro is an AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management platform that is reinventing how legal, finance, and business teams collaborate on contracts.

With ORO, our AI assistant, we eliminate contractual friction: automation, seamless workflows, faster and more secure negotiations.

The result: teams move up to 4x faster, with greater control and impact.

Following a €40M funding round, we are accelerating rapidly and establishing ourselves as a key player in the European Legaltech space.

In 2025, we launched our European expansion, with Germany as our first market.

Today, Tomorro supports thousands of users and hundreds of companies, from hypergrowth startups to large enterprises such as IDnow, WMF, and Jack Wolfskin.

Our ambition: to become the European leader in CLM by 2030.

Your role

As our Marketing Manager Germany, you will own our local event and content strategy and become the face of Tomorro within the German in-house legal community.

This is a highly visible and hands-on role: you’ll build our German webinar program, create premium physical events, develop relevant content for our audience, and work closely with Sales to turn engagement into pipeline.

Your goal: make Tomorro a recognized and credible Legal AI brand in Germany while building a repeatable growth engine.

Your missions :

  • Own our German webinar program: plan, produce and host 8–10 webinars per year on topics that matter to German in-house legal teams.

  • Create premium physical experiences: organize and execute 6 high-quality events per year across key German cities.

  • Become a voice for Tomorro in Germany: represent the company publicly, moderate conversations and build relationships within the German legal ecosystem.

  • Turn events into pipeline: partner closely with Sales to nurture attendees and prospects through targeted follow-ups, sequences and campaigns.

  • Own event distribution: drive attendance through email, LinkedIn, paid social, partnerships and other relevant channels.

  • Build our German audience: grow and nurture our database of German in-house legal professionals with relevant, consistent communication.

  • Turn conversations into content: repurpose webinars and events into LinkedIn posts, articles, customer stories, guides, paid campaigns and other high-value assets.

  • Stay close to the market: understand what matters to German legal teams and use those insights to continuously improve our content and event strategy.

Your impact

After 6 months

  • You have started establishing a recognizable Tomorro presence on LinkedIn and within the German legal ecosystem.

  • You have built a strong collaboration with the German Sales team and a clear event-to-pipeline motion.

After 12 months

  • You have delivered 10 webinars and 6 physical events across Germany.

  • Your initiatives have directly contributed to our ambition of generating 100 inbound opportunities in 2027.

  • You have built a scalable and repeatable event engine that can support Tomorro’s continued growth in Germany.

  • Tomorro is increasingly recognized as a credible Legal AI leader among German in-house legal teams.

  • You have become one of the local faces of Tomorro in Germany, building relationships and credibility within the ecosystem.
