We are currently recruiting for a Field Property Adjuster to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia . This is a full-time, field-based position involving travel and on-site claim evaluations. The successful candidate will evaluate claims through loss investigation and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing restrictions and requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships. This position is between $50,000 - $70,000 annually (salary is open for negotiation and based on skills and experience). Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information Accurate recording, reporting and file maintenance Examines policies and claims settlement within Provincial licensing regulations Employment and professional expectations Work with manager to maintain client relations Post-secondary education in an insurance related field, working towards independent adjusting license and CIP designation Minimum 1 year of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment Knowledge of property claims will be considered an asset Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records Computer and reporting skills including Office 365, proficiency in using Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Strong analytical and mathematical ability Able to manage multiple priorities Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service #LI-JD2
