As a Field Sales Associate, you'll be paired with a seasoned sales mentor who will guide you through the ins and outs of the position. With this mentorship, you will learn the ropes and gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, territory management, and solution-based sales within the commercial fitness industry. Health Club market accounts across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

This is a remote, field-based role, with an expectation of being on the road and in front of customers 3+ days per week across a large, high-opportunity territory. Candidates based in the Greater Minneapolis or Greater Milwaukee areas are strongly preferred, with other locations considered based on overall accessibility to the territory.

As our Field Sales Associate, you'll gain:

• Growth in Sales: You will be coached by a skilled sales mentor to help you ramp up quickly and learn the essential skills to drive success in sales.

As our Field Sales Associate, you will:

• Support sales efforts across Health Club accounts throughout the territory
• Build relationships with club owners, operators, fitness directors, and facility decision-makers
• Assist in managing customer opportunities from initial conversations through project completion
• Support facility planning, equipment replacement initiatives, and new club development projects
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market opportunities
• Travel throughout the territory to support customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
• Collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for:

• 1-2 years of sales, customer service, business development, or other customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or related industries
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a field-based sales role
• Ability to travel consistently throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight as needed
• Candidates located in the Greater Minneapolis or Greater Milwaukee areas are preferred

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $47,500 - $64,800 annually.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.This position is eligible to receive a vehicle allowance to offset the costs of using a personal vehicle for business related purposes.This position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.
