Field Sales Manager

What you´ll do

• Lead the salon business across field sales and wholesale customers
• Be accountable for sales, profitability and customer growth
• Coach, support and develop the sales team
• Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Drive customer acquisition and business development
• Own forecasting, budgeting and annual business planning
• Ensure successful execution of campaigns, launches and promotions
• Work closely with Marketing, Education and Supply Chain
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and solve problems
• Continuously improving how we work and help remove obstacles for the team
• Act when results are not going in the right direction

• Experience leading a sales team
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive growth
• Experience from beauty, FMCG, retail or another customer-focused industry
• Fluent Finnish and English
