What you´ll do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners and professional end-users.
• Independently plan your daily travel routes, appointments, and calendar to maximize territory coverage.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Execute local sales and marketing activities.
• Ensure excellent product visibility through merchandising, shelf placement, and display installations.
• Track industry trends and monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

What makes you a good fit

• Proven sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Knowledge of construction, industrial, DIY, building materials, adhesives, sealants, or related product categories is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders.Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by creating new opportunities while managing existing business.
• Fluent in Latvian and good command in English.
