Field Service Engineer

What You'll Do
- Install, convert, repair, and de-install gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
- Coordinate all installation and service activities with the Department Head.
- Provide direct customer support, including training, parts advice, and maintenance programs.
- Address customer technical challenges in person or over the phone, reporting trends and issues to management.
- Liaise with customer representatives and management regarding product performance and operational issues.
- Monitor service activities and bring up issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a tidy workplace and report on field issues and installations monthly.
- Monitor system-related issues on platforms like One Link and Vertex Bingo to ensure timely response.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience; electronics qualifications preferred.
- 2+ years of industry-related experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
- Organized, meticulous, and hard-working.
- Ability to travel on short notice and work extended hours.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment with ease.
- Must acquire a gaming license and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
