Field Service Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking a Field Service Engineer to serve as the technical anchor between client infrastructure and our engineering capabilities. In this role, you'll be stationed at the client site to troubleshoot complex systems, optimize our deployed AI platform, and ensure seamless technical delivery and ongoing stability. You'll help strengthen customer trust and accelerate value realization across our healthcare implementations.

This role is hybrid and based in Indianapolis, IN and requires U.S. work authorization. You must be based in Indianapolis as you will go on-site to clients as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients and internal engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on Linux systems and IoT infrastructure
• Manage and monitor hybrid environments, containerized applications, and Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability
• Design and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible to improve consistency and reduce deployment risks
• Lead technical presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with clients and internal stakeholders
• Gather and analyze technical requirements to inform implementation strategies and ensure successful deployments
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance, enhance client satisfaction, and proactively mitigate risks
• Communicate progress, technical challenges, and recommendations clearly across teams and to non-technical audiences

What You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Field Services, or Implementations with a track record of managing hardware deployments and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, end user technology (EUT), hardware lifecycle processes, and basic project delivery methodologies
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• A thoughtful, proactive approach to risk mitigation and customer relationship management
