Field Service Engineer - DCS

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer - DCS to join us at Honeywell Technologies, in south Finland, where you will be responsible for supporting customers on their sites providing system troubleshooting, preventative & corrective maintenance, system configuration & implementation, hardware and software upgrades, power-on support, schematic support, point building, consulting and application programming. This is a hybrid-based role where you will work from a Honeywell office as well as travel to customer sites.

Pioneering Automation Systems and Measurement Devices that Improve Operations

• Provide service maintenance engineering activities with customers in region such as troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance, system configuration and implementation.
• Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with suggestions for system improvements.
• Supporting the Service and project Teams and grow the Finland installed base.
• Coordination with and communication together with Senior Engineers and customers.
• Strict alignment to Honeywell and client health and safety program requirements.

• Previous experience within automation engineering, electrical engineering, Information or Engineering Technology, or Computer Science.
• Experience of DCS systems to experience of Honeywell products to include Experion PMD or Experion PKS would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to accurately document designs and work performed.
• Fluent in Finnish and English both written and verbal.
