Unsere Field Service Ingenieure und Techniker sind das Herzstück unseres Service bei Varian und tragen entscheidend dazu bei, dass unsere Systeme bei unseren Kunden zuverlässig im Einsatz sind. Zur Verstärkung unserer lokalen Teams im Großraum Kiel / Rendsburg suchen wir einen Field Service Engineer (w/m/d), der technisches Know-how, Serviceorientierung und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt mitbringt. Stellenbeschreibung

• Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (Kliniken und Privatpraxen) im Bereich Service und Reparaturen und stellst die einwandfreie Funktion unserer Linearbeschleuniger sicher.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Installation von Aufrüstungen, beschaffst notwendige Ersatzteile und planst deine Einsätze eigenverantwortlich.
• Du stehst im engen Austausch mit dem Klinik- und Praxispersonal, um Fehler zu erkennen, zu beraten und bei Bedarf Geräteeinweisungen durchzuführen.
• Du wertest Maschinendaten mithilfe von Softwareanalysetools aus und erstellst aussagekräftige Servicereports und -dokumentationen.

Berufserfahrung

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung oder ein Studium mit technischem Schwerpunkt, z. B. Elektro- oder Medizintechnik.
• Du brist erste Erfahrungen in der Wartung und Reparatur von elektronischen Geräten mit.
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit elektronischen Messgeräten zur Fehlerdiagnose.
• Du hast Spaß an der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden vor Ort und überzeugst durch gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
• Du bist bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb des angegebenen Großraums zu reisen.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis.
