On a given day, you may:

Coordinates and executes routine administrative activities for field service operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of service requests, following established procedures.

Processes time reporting, expense claims, customer invoicing, cost‑allocation corrections, and prepares visit documentation in accordance with defined guidelines.

Maintains records of field service schedules, assignments, and resource availability.

Communicates with customers and field service teams to manage inquiries, coordinate service requests, confirm appointments and resolve scheduling issues.

Prepares and distributes standard service reports and performance metrics as required.

Supports compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all administrative activities.

Collaborates with internal teams to ensure efficient field service operations.

Implements and follows standard operating procedures for field service administration.

Participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency and service quality.

Maintains accurate documentation and reporting for field service activities.

Provides administrative support to field service management as needed.

Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience.

Performs routine tasks following specific instructions, established procedures, or guidance, with moderate supervision.

Identifies problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses them using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

Work is clearly defined and completed according to instructions.

Has prior relevant training or related work experience.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to execute agreed tasks and deadlines against performance criteria (KPI).

Ability to work closely with a pool of Field Service Engineers and understand the dynamics and capabilities of the team.

Stakeholder handling skills and social perceptiveness.

Guidance and motivation of people, gaining commitment from both internal and external colleagues.

Process and manage multiple schedules simultaneously

Process driven and IT literate.

Clever decision maker in fast pace environment

Good grammar and communication skills
