The Role
You're responsible for the standard everywhere — not just your own work. This is a field-based leadership role, not an office job. You'll be the person who makes sure every site, every crew, and every new hire actually meets the DNC standard — not by pointing at a checklist, but by training people the right way and having the direct conversations that keep standards real.

Schedule
This role requires flexible availability Monday through Friday, including regular evening hours — most of our teams work night shifts, and this role needs to be there when they are.

What You'll Do

• Train new hires hands-on, in real job sites — not from a printout
• Retrain and coach when standards slip, with patience and without shortcuts
• Run scheduled and unannounced quality inspections, and catch problems before the client does
• Coach Team Leads on enforcing standards day to day
• Support new account launches from day one
• Step in to stabilize a struggling site or cover a call-out when needed
• Have the hard conversations when something isn't right — directly, professionally, and without avoiding it

What We're Looking For

• You actually enjoy teaching someone how to do something right — not just pointing out what's wrong
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable correcting others, and comfortable having hard conversations when needed
• Observant, proactive, takes ownership without being told
• Clear, consistent communicator — respected by the people you work with
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Available evenings, Monday through Friday, without exception

What This Role Isn't
Not a backup cleaner. Not a passive inspector. Not a helper who steps in and does the work for people. If problems aren't getting fixed at the root — through real training — they're not actually getting fixed.

Pay & Growth
Starting at $16.50/hour, with room to grow based on demonstrated performance — not just time on the job. Guaranteed minimum 40 hours a week.

You'll also have the opportunity to learn additional specialty services — window cleaning, floor maintenance, stripping/waxing, tile & grout cleaning, and carpet cleaning — building skills that make you more valuable across every account you touch.

This role is also a real step on DNC's leadership ladder: Field Trainer / QC Lead → Senior Field Lead → Account Manager → Leadership.
