Role Description The Final Expense Closer is responsible for guiding prospective clients through the final expense insurance process, from initial contact to policy completion. This full-time remote role involves responding to qualified leads, conducting needs-based consultations, explaining coverage options clearly, and addressing questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism. The Final Expense Closer prepares and presents tailored proposals, manages follow-ups, and assists clients with application paperwork and policy enrollment. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting performance and compliance standards, and collaborating with marketing, customer service, and quality assurance teams to improve lead quality and client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a similar consultative closing role.
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in accessible terms.
