Finance & Accounting Expert – Remote AI Training | up to $90/hr

micro1 is looking for experienced finance and accounting practitioners to design realistic, multi-step tasks drawn from real work: FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audit procedures and reconciliations. Each task comes with reference files and objective grading criteria, and is used to measure what AI systems can actually do. No prior AI experience is required.

• Pay: up to $90/hour equivalent, paid per approved task (about 10 hours per task)

• Fully remote, no geographic restrictions stated on the listing

• 5+ years of hands-on FP&A, reporting, audit, reconciliation or accounting work; strong Excel

• CPA, CA, ACCA or CMA is a plus, not required

• Strong English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred); selection includes screening questions and an AI interview
