This individual-contributor role serves as a key business partner to the Vice President of Finance & Treasury Administration and helps coordinate financial reporting, treasury and banking activities, audits, compliance requirements, departmental projects, and executive-level deliverables. The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working across multiple disciplines, improving processes, and ensuring critical responsibilities remain accurate, organized, and on schedule. Duties and Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Financial Reporting & Analysis Assist with the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other financial planning activities. Prepare management reports, schedules, presentations, and executive summaries. Review financial information for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and unusual activity. Monitor financial deliverables and coordinate follow-up with internal stakeholders. Support financial process oversight and reporting enhancements. Treasury & Banking Administration Assist with banking administration, account maintenance, authorized signer updates, and related documentation. Support cash-management activities, treasury reporting, and banking relationships. Audit, Compliance & Risk Support Coordinate internal and external audit requests and supporting documentation. Maintain organized, audit-ready files and compliance records. Support the documentation, monitoring, and improvement of internal controls and finance procedures. Track critical deadlines and escalate risks, delays, or missing information as appropriate. Project & Operational Support Coordinate finance-related projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion. Track project milestones, action items, owners, dependencies, and deadlines. Prepare status reports and communicate progress, risks, and decisions needed. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardize processes, strengthen controls, and reduce manual work. Assist with the implementation of new systems, reporting tools, workflows, and business processes. Executive & Administrative Support Prepare leadership presentations, meeting materials, reports, and other decision-support documents. Draft professional correspondence, summaries, procedures, and business communications. Maintain departmental documentation, calendars, trackers, files, and recurring schedules. Provide administrative and analytical support for special projects and other priorities as assigned. What Success Looks Like Critical financial, treasury, audit, compliance, and project deliverables are organized and completed timely. Leadership receives accurate, clear, and decision-useful reporting and status updates. Processes and documentation become more consistent, efficient, and audit-ready. Risks, deadlines, and dependencies are identified early and followed through to resolution. Finance leadership gains capacity to focus on strategic planning, transformation, and higher-value business initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred. Five or more years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury, business operations, project coordination, or a related field. Experience preparing or reviewing financial reports and supporting senior leadership. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting solutions, or business-intelligence tools preferred. Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, treasury operations, or multi-entity organizations preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to understand financial statements and investigate variances. Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and exercise sound judgment. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to influence progress without direct authority.
