What You’ll Do:
- Assist the team in the monthly and quarterly preparation of management reporting
- Assist on the various monthly closing process and take ownership on specific areas (e.g. Marketing, Opex analysis)
- Check and validate data generated by system, identify and correct errors, analysing trend, provide commentary for business performance
- Take part in various process improvement initiatives / projects. Provide project management support for system enhancements where relevant
- Assist in any other ad hoc projects / analysis involving cost efficiency, automation, planning, data validation
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, CIMA/CGMA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- 5 years+ related work experience in financial analysis, audit is also considered as we welcome anyone who would like to switch career path from other finance roles to FP&A
- Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, pay attention to details is essential
- A self-starter who takes initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
- Excellent communication and people skills
