We are looking for a Finance Application Coordinator to support and improve our finance applications landscape across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate application-related initiatives, support users in their daily work, and contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within finance applications. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors, helping ensure applications and related processes operate effectively and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems, and improving the way teams use technology in a finance environment.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Coordinate the implementation and enhancement of finance applications, ensuring solutions are practical and effectively adopted.
• Provide user support and guidance for finance applications, helping resolve issues and improve system usage.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives within finance applications.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, IT, and external vendors to support application-related projects and ongoing operations.
• Monitor and support finance processes within applications, ensuring they work effectively in day-to-day operations.
• Support testing activities for application changes, enhancements, and implementations.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across applications, including relevant master data maintenance.
• Organize and deliver training for application users, supporting adoption and understanding.
• Maintain and improve documentation, procedures, and user guides related to finance applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of effective solutions.

• have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;
• have experience working with finance applications (preferably Basware, SAP Concur) and ERP systems (preferably AX, D365);
• have a good understanding of finance processes and system workflows;
• have strong organizational and coordination skills;
• are able to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
• have an analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach;
• have good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders;
• have experience supporting users and delivering trainings;
• are interested in process improvements, automation, and systems development;
• are fluent in English.

It would be nice if you:

• have experience participating in system implementations or process improvement initiatives;
• have a basic understanding of integrations and financial master data processes.
