We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic financial insights that drive performance, efficiency, and informed decision-making across the organisation.

About You
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic support
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and performance analysis to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- Support business cases, investment decisions, and project evaluations
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting
