Ready to partner with leaders and help shape the future of finance at Teachers Health?
Join Teachers Health as a Finance Business Partner, where you'll work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insight, support major transformation initiatives, and influence key business decisions across the organisation.
This is more than a traditional business partnering role. You'll have the opportunity to help shape a newly created position, contribute to enterprise-wide change programs, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across a diverse range of business areas.
About The Role
As our Finance Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders across the business to deliver valuable financial insights, budgeting and forecasting support, and commercial guidance that enables informed decision-making.
Supporting our FP&A Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives, including enterprise transformation programs and Finance system enhancements. You'll work across functions including Technology, Digital and Enterprise Projects plus other areas, helping leaders understand financial performance, identify opportunities, manage risks and deliver outcomes aligned to our business plan.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. There is no typical day. One moment you may be presenting insights to senior leaders, the next building financial models, supporting project governance, or analysing performance trends to drive better business outcomes.
If you enjoy variety, stakeholder engagement, solving complex business problems and working in an environment where you can genuinely influence outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
