What’s it like working for Eureka?

No two weeks are the same. You might start the month finalising the monthly financial reports, then sit down with a village operations team to talk through their results and where to focus. Later you could be updating the forecast or modelling the return on a new strategic initiative.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys both the detail and the conversation. You’ll need to get the numbers right, explain them clearly and follow through until actions are closed out.

Is this role right for you?

We’re looking for someone analytical, inquisitive and great with people.

You’ll Ideally Bring

  • A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or commerce, with CA or CPA completed.
  • Demonstrated experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including three-way budget and forecast models.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP skills.
  • Exposure to Power BI or an equivalent reporting tool.
