Department: Finance Business Partner - South Luzon and MM Employment Type: Probationary Work Arrangement: Hybrid Job Title Finance Business Partner Specialist Role Purpose Provide financial insight, analysis, and partnership to business units, enabling informed decision-making and supporting strategic and operational objectives. Act as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Support Groups to ensure financial performance is aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes. Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess risks and opportunities. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers. Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate cost impacts and efficiency initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred). Strong analytical skills required; financial modeling skills are desirable. Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly. Experience in business partnering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration are desirable. Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools.
