Job Description Aqovia is looking for an analytically sharp Finance Consultant to navigate fiscal planning, contract modeling, and financial governance across our delivery operations. In this strategic role, you will heavily oversee the complex financial compliance and structural tracking of our massive LMS platform. You will analyze cost allocations, optimize platform hosting budgets, monitor milestones for contractual invoicing, and evaluate project profitability margins. Your financial acumen will directly protect project health while seamlessly advising Aqovia’s senior leadership on budgeting for cross-functional software initiatives and public-private partnership models. Key Responsibilities Manage complex financial modeling, budget planning, and cost-variance analysis for our large-scale technology program. Formulate clear and accurate financial projections, cash flow models, and burn-rate calculations for integrated technical squads. Monitor contractual delivery milestones against the government's fiscal timelines, structuring exact audit trails for public sector invoicing. Partner with technical managers to evaluate operational project costs, including cloud data consumption, licensing fees, and software delivery assets. Conduct regular financial reviews, converting intricate transactional data into concise, strategic reports for executive stakeholders. Ensure strict financial compliance with local public accounting standards, taxation rules, and governmental audit parameters within Pakistan. Provide corporate financial advisory inputs regarding resource scaling cost-efficiencies and capital deployment across enterprise software deliverables. Skills and Experience Essential Requirements 4–5 years of rich experience operating as a Finance Consultant, Financial Analyst, or Management Accountant, preferably within an IT or corporate advisory space. Strong, advanced mastery of financial modeling, corporate budgeting techniques, and cost accounting practices. Deep proficiency with enterprise financial application tools, advanced Excel modeling, or ERP accounting software architectures. Clear experience managing financial tracking frameworks for large b2b commercial accounts, enterprise vendor contracts, or multi-year corporate agreements. Professional communication skills are essential. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice to Have: Financial background or advisory exposure inside the EdTech, software development, or cloud-based hosting industries. Relevant academic or professional accounting credentials (such as ACCA, CA, ICMA, or a solid Finance MBA). Experience assisting financial evaluations or valuation processes within startup incubator portfolios or equity funds. Working knowledge of local corporate taxation, withholding tax structures, and public sector accounting workflows.
