Finance Data & Systems Analyst (FP&A)

We are currently looking for a Finance Data & Systems Analyst who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with Finance, FP&A, and Data teams, your focus will be on enabling better decision-making through reliable data, advanced analytics, and digital solutions. In this role, you will combine your understanding of Finance processes with your analytical expertise and ability to drive automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement across Finance. What you will do Act as the Finance representative and key partner for Data and Technology teams, translating Finance requirements into scalable data solutions. Develop and maintain Finance datasets, dashboards, and reporting solutions to provide accurate and actionable insights. Own and improve FP&A analytics infrastructure, including Pigment models, data flows, dimensions, reporting, and platform enhancements. Analyse business performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex data into recommendations for Finance stakeholders. Drive automation and AI adoption within Finance by identifying use cases, implementing solutions, and supporting new ways of working. Support Finance teams in improving data quality, governance, documentation, and effective use of digital tools. What you should bring Strong understanding of Finance processes, FP&A concepts, and business performance management. Experience acting as a bridge between Finance and Data/Technology teams. Strong SQL skills and experience working with data platforms, BI solutions, and dashboards. Hands-on experience with FP&A systems (ideally Pigment), including models, dimensions, and data integrations. Understanding of ERP data, data flows, reporting infrastructure, and data governance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights. Experience managing priorities, supporting users, and driving adoption of digital platforms. Interest and experience in applying AI and automation to improve business processes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
