Finance Director

Finance Director Remote We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports Manage the budgeting and forecasting process Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws Manage the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience with financial software and systems Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
