Finance Director

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting Deliver accurate, timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) aligned with regulatory and company standards. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities. Audit & Compliance Safeguard adherence to accounting principles, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements; oversee audit processes. Financial Insights Interpret and analyze financial data to guide strategic decisions and improve overall performance. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, auditors, regulators, and business partners. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and evaluate the finance team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuous development. ERP/SAP Oversight Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure smooth deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of SAP and related systems. Qualifications: Willing to be based in Mandaue City, Cebu. Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Prior experience in a Big 4 Audit/Accounting Firm or within healthcare finance operations is strongly preferred. Strong grasp of accounting standards, financial modeling, and data analysis, with hands-on experience using ERPs such as SAP or QuickBooks. Proven leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and executing initiatives effectively under pressure. Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, with a track record of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment. CPA designation required; Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus. Work Setup: Hybrid Model Option to balance onsite presence with remote work.
