Our executive search firm is partnering with a client company in the pharmaceutical industry to recruit a Finance Director, based in Bogotá, Colombia.

We are looking for a professional with strong experience leading and overseeing the overall financial management of pharmaceutical companies, as well as international experience managing financial operations across multiple countries.

🔎 What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is preferred.
• Proven experience in senior financial leadership (Management or Direction positions) within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Regional or international experience, with responsibility for financial operations across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of financial, accounting, tax, and regulatory matters across different countries.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, budgeting, treasury, cash flow management, financial controlling, financial consolidation, accounting closing processes, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience leading teams and collaborating with different business areas and regional teams.
• Advanced or fluent English (mandatory), with the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment where English is the primary working language.
