Who we are

Fund Partner ("FP"), formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, is a service-led partnership structured as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), offering search fund management, venture studio management and family office services, with a liaison office in the UK.

Ataol is a financial partnership offering M&A and debt advisory services and diversified financial affairs management. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, the Partnership has established a strong reputation for structuring and implementing transformation solutions for its clients.

Ataol has maintained a presence in Istanbul since 2013 and in Izmir since 2024, serving clients within the Turkish market.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Entrepreneur (Business Planning and Modelling) for an initial 12-month entrepreneurial engagement within our Entrepreneurship Programme at the Fund Partner Private Business ("FPPB") Lab.

As the Finance Entrepreneur, you will represent Fund Partner, own business planning and financial modelling for the Hospitality and Travel App ("the App"), and establish revenue strategy, capital planning and investor relationships, working on a peer-to-peer basis with the Partners, solely with Bahadır Ataol for this spin-off, and third-party strategic and/or financial partners.

The role

• Developing business plans, financial models, cash flow projections and unit economics for the App

• Contributing to pricing, revenue models and profitability strategy for the App

• Preparing valuation analysis and financial modelling to support fundraising and capital strategy decisions

• Conducting market sizing, competitive and scenario analysis to inform the App's strategic planning

• Building relationships with prospective investors and identifying investment and partnership opportunities for the App

• Reporting business planning insights and financial projections to the Partners, and taking part in planning sessions, check-ins and investor engagements with them

• Supporting the App's financial planning, budgeting and reporting as needed

The profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field

• Recent graduates and early-career candidates (no more than two years' professional work experience)

• Strong interest in business planning, financial modelling or strategic finance; familiarity with startup or venture financing: a plus

• Working knowledge of AI-powered financial modelling or research tools: a plus

• Interest in entrepreneurship and building ventures from zero to one

• Full professional proficiency in English

• Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region

• Proficiency in standard office tools

• Degree from a UK or European university required

This role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional travel, both international and in Turkey, for investor meetings and partner accompaniment.

Remuneration

This engagement carries no fixed salary; instead, it offers a founding equity stake, participation in the Lab's earnings, the opportunity to benefit from funding tranches and increases in enterprise value, and the realised value upon exit.
