Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Executive at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, supporting financial planning and analysis, and providing insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with the company’s AI-driven business model, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial controls and procedures.

• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely documentation of financial performance.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance requirements, as relevant to the company’s operations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience in technology, fintech, or AI-driven businesses, and familiarity with emerging markets or unbanked segments is beneficial.
