Finance Executive

About the Opportunity

R77 Global is recruiting a commercially aware and hands-on Finance Manager on behalf of an innovative, internationally focused iGaming games provider.

The company is developing an exciting portfolio of mobile-first casino entertainment and competitive skill-based gaming products, with ambitions to expand its presence across international markets.

We are looking for a finance professional based in Latvia who can take ownership of essential financial processes, maintain strong financial controls and provide meaningful financial insight to support business growth.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys combining day-to-day financial management with a broader commercial understanding of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and supporting analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial performance monitoring.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Monitor operational expenditure and support effective cost control.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure appropriate internal financial controls.
• Support financial planning and commercial decision-making through reliable financial information.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, financial institutions and tax advisers where required.
• Oversee applicable tax reporting and accounting compliance obligations, including Latvian requirements where relevant.
• Review financial processes and recommend improvements to efficiency, accuracy and reporting.
• Support financial reconciliation and reporting for international B2B commercial agreements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Must currently be based in Latvia.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Practical knowledge of Latvian accounting, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using financial software and advanced Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage financial priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong organisational skills, professional judgement and confidentiality.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in iGaming, gaming technology, fintech or another international technology business.
• Experience supporting multi-currency financial operations.
• Familiarity with B2B revenue models and international commercial agreements.
• Experience working with external auditors or coordinating year-end financial processes.
• Exposure to financial reporting for international business structures.
