Our mission is to build trust, quality, and long-term value within the AI ecosystem, for both exceptional talent and companies operating at the forefront of technology. 📖 About the project We’re recruiting finance experts with strong experience in company analysis, valuation, and corporate finance to help improve how AI systems analyze businesses. In this project, you will build structured materials that identify a relevant set of comparable companies for a given target business, along with the reasoning behind each selection. The goal is not only to choose peers, but also to explain clearly why those companies are the most appropriate comparables based on factors such as business model, industry dynamics, size, geography, growth profile, margins, and strategic positioning. You will review company characteristics, assess comparability, and articulate the financial and strategic logic that supports a strong peer group selection. This work is designed to help train AI models on how finance professionals think through comparables analysis in real-world valuation workflows. Your role is not to execute live transactions or produce traditional client-facing investment materials. Instead, you will apply your finance expertise to help train AI systems to make more rigorous and well-justified decisions in company analysis and valuation. 👤 Who can apply • Equity Research professionals • Investment Banking professionals • M&A professionals • Investment professionals with hands-on company analysis experience • Professionals with strong experience in DCF, valuation, and spreadsheet-based financial analysis 🧩 Selection In this application, you will answer questions following the instructions below.
