In this high-impact role, you will own critical end-to-end processes, connect business priorities with technology and data, and turn complex activities into simpler, stronger, and more scalable ways of working. You will gain broad exposure to capital markets, risk management, operational excellence, and transformation while partnering closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams.

As Finance & Fund Management Process Lead, you will own and continuously improve core funding and treasury processes. Reporting directly to the Finance & Fund Management Lead, this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will lead cross-functional initiatives through expertise, influence, and process ownership.

What you will own and improve:

Funding Management & Financing Operations

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end funding and financing processes, with clearly defined workflows, roles, controls, service levels, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate short- and long-term funding plans and transactions across internal stakeholders and financial institutions, enabling timely decisions, disciplined execution, and transparent escalation.
• Use portfolio, product, risk, and process data to identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and value-creation opportunities, and translate insights into prioritized improvement roadmaps.
• Design and govern processes for alternative funding instruments that diversify the funding base and strengthen access to liquidity as business volumes grow.
• Coordinate capital-markets debt issuances from readiness and stakeholder alignment through execution, documentation, and post-transaction review.

Treasury Products, Derivatives, and Risk Management

• Govern treasury-product processes covering foreign exchange, interest-rate derivatives, and commodity hedging, with robust standards for execution, pricing controls, approvals, documentation, and hedge-accounting inputs.
• Translate interest-rate, currency, and liquidity risk analyses into practical process improvements, decision rules, dashboards, and actionable management insights.
• Standardize and improve credit, structured-finance, and treasury agreement processes in partnership with Legal, Risk, Operations, and financial institutions.

Financial Modeling & Calculations

• Build and maintain reliable financial models, calculation standards, and control points for loan products, funding strategies, treasury products, and business scenarios.
• Embed financial engineering and scenario analysis into repeatable decision processes for credit propositions, campaigns, pricing, and portfolio performance.
• Improve the accuracy, traceability, and usability of calculations and reporting for loan pricing, derivatives valuation, funding costs, and hedging strategies.

Banking Relationships & Agreements

• Serve as the process owner and primary coordination point for domestic and international banks and financial institutions, improving onboarding, negotiation, documentation, approval, and transaction workflows.
• Ensure that agreements, responsibilities, controls, and service expectations are clearly defined, consistently applied, and regularly reviewed.

Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Lead the process-improvement portfolio for funding, treasury, payment, and collection activities: map current-state journeys, define target processes, prioritize automation opportunities, prepare business requirements, coordinate testing and rollout, and track realized benefits.

Market Research & Compliance

• Monitor financial, economic, political, and regulatory developments and assess their impact on funding and treasury processes, controls, and decision frameworks.
• Maintain process documentation, control evidence, and management reporting in line with applicable Turkish regulations and internal policies, and coordinate audit readiness and remediation actions.

What will help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification in finance, risk, project management, process improvement, or agile delivery is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in funding, treasury, financial operations, banking, or financial markets, including hands-on ownership of cross-functional processes or transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to map and redesign processes, define requirements and controls, establish KPIs and service levels, manage risks and dependencies, and drive implementation across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with ERP, treasury-management, workflow, data-visualization, or process-management tools is preferred.
• Working knowledge of funding instruments, foreign exchange, interest-rate products, derivatives, liquidity management, and financial risk processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across banks, internal teams, technology partners, and senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• A structured, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset, with the discipline to translate ideas into measurable outcomes.
