Its responsibilities will be:
Assist the financial team in activities related to the receipt, processing and payment of MRO invoices, for Soluparts branches, assisting in all international transactions between branches and signed suppliers.
Assist in intercompany reconciliation (intercompany transactions) ensuring the crossing of monthly balances and the receipt of funds.
Monitor indicators to propose improvements in financial processes.
Participate in the planning and execution of the financial routine, an objective of identifying improvements in the company's financial and economic performance.
Ensure the continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements:
Fluent English (required)
Fluency in German and Spanish are considered an advantage
Organizational skills

Proficient in Excel
