Finance & Operations Manager | Remote (US) | GRC / Cybersecurity AI SaaS

The role:

• Reviva are partnered with a fast-growing, AI-powered SaaS organisation that is transforming how Enterprise organisations manage Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Backed by leading global VC firms and currently in a hyper-growth phase, they are looking to hire a Finance & Operations Manager to help build, scale and oversee key parts of their Finance and Operations function.
• This is a finance-heavy, highly autonomous role, taking ownership of the day-to-day finance function across both the company's US and UK entities, while working closely with their external accountants and Director of Finance & Operations.
• You'll own everything from month-end close, AP/AR, bookkeeping and statutory reporting through to payroll support, tax compliance and multi-currency accounting, while also supporting the company's wider operational infrastructure as it continues to scale internationally.
• Alongside Finance, you'll have exposure to areas including people operations, vendor management, internal systems and process improvement, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating beyond a traditional accounting remit.

Location:

East Coast remote, with some NYC travel, working closely with the Director of Finance & Operations based in London and a distributed international team.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations across the company's UK and US entities.
• Manage the relationship with external accountants, acting as the primary internal point of contact.
• Own bookkeeping and transaction processing across multiple entities and currencies.
• Manage the month-end close process, including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles, including invoicing and expense processing.
• Ensure financial reporting is compliant with UK GAAP / FRS 102 requirements.
• Manage the year-end process, working closely with external accountants on accounts and associated tax returns.
• Support payroll processing and compliance across a global workforce.
• Manage and coordinate VAT returns, US tax filings and wider statutory compliance requirements.
• Support finance transformation projects including systems migrations, integrations and process improvements.
• Help build and strengthen the company's internal operational infrastructure as the business continues to scale.
• Support people operations and workforce administration across the global team.

Requirements:

• Around 4–5+ years' experience within Finance, ideally with some broader operational exposure, within a B2B SaaS, technology or high-growth scale-up environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 is essential.
• Working knowledge of both US and UK tax and payroll requirements.
• Hands-on experience using Xero or similar software is essential.
• Experience working across multiple entities and currencies.
• ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Comfortable owning month-end processes, AP/AR, bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting rather than operating solely in an oversight capacity.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working autonomously across different time zones.
