Finance Manager

Location: D12

Compensation: 80-85k basic

Hybrid: yes, 2 days WFH after initial probation period

Due to commercial growth, our SME client in D12 is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. You will oversee financial reporting with the support of 3 accounts staff, assisting the FC and HoF on more commercial scope. The Finance Manager will also act as a finance business partner to two of the company's largest clients/contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all financial reporting and billing/payments to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Month-end and period-close duties, audit coordination and IFRS16/Group reporting
• Develop and maintain robust financial procedures and controls to support the integrity of operations
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

Key Skills:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with 5 years' PQE
• Excellent communication/business partnering skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to meet tight group deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
• Full clean driving license - ability to travel to Northern Ireland c. once a month
• Self starter who is motivated working independently and on their own initiative
