Company Description Avetium HoldCo Ltd is the parent company of Avetium Technologies and Avetium Outsourcing, providing strategic direction, governance, and long-term oversight across its portfolio. The group ensures that each business operates with accountability, scales effectively, and grows with discipline. Avetium Technologies focuses on designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise technology systems, including ERP, CRM, cybersecurity, unified communications, and cloud infrastructure, and is West Africa’s first Zoho Premium Partner and Nigeria’s sole authorized HoduSoft distributor. Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lekki, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounting processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting across the portfolio companies. The Finance Manager will develop and maintain financial policies, support internal controls, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting requirements. In addition, this role will provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, partner with business leaders on performance tracking, and contribute to cost optimization and profitability initiatives. The Finance Manager will also coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
