Position Description

Newly created position arising due to exciting growth and development plans for the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting – ownership of the monthly management reporting cycle
• Management Reporting – preparing pack (P&L, BS, Cashflow, KPI dashboard) for Shareholders, Board, Investors, Banks (covenant reporting & compliance)
• Finance Business Partnering - to manufacturing operations and procurement teams, acting as key link to commercial finance
• FP&A - budgeting & forecasting, working closely with Commercial Finance Team to report on and analyse variances (volume, price, mix, cost, FX)
• Insurance management
• Standard costing - reviewing costing updates
• Capital investments - evaluating proposals, monitoring and controller spend
• Working capital management
• Ad-hoc projects will be ongoing
• Leadership – growing and developing a small team of Accountants and finance professionals
• Hybrid working model

Candidate Background

Ideal candidate will have the following background:

• Qualified Accountant with minimum 5+ Years PQE, ideally coming from FMCG and/or manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong people management skills
