The Finance Manager will oversee daily reconciliation of payments, supervise customer service staff on financial procedures, and enhance financial tracking systems. The position also includes streamlining financial reporting, managing month-end closing activities, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Key Responsibilities: Daily Financial Operations Reconcile incoming cash transactions across multiple platforms and bank accounts. Verify transaction records from the customer service team and resolve discrepancies. Monitor payment accuracy and ensure timely issue resolution. Process Improvement & Supervision Review and improve manual financial tracking processes. Design and implement accurate, user-friendly financial tracking systems. Supervise and train staff on proper financial logging procedures. Establish controls to ensure transaction accuracy and reduce errors. Accounting & Reporting Maintain and update accounting records and general ledger entries. Ensure accuracy of accounts payable and receivable. Prepare weekly financial reports and present key findings to management. Month-End Close & Budgeting Manage monthly closing activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements. Prepare variance analyses and monthly performance reports. Assist leadership in developing budgets, forecasts, and dashboards. Compliance & Audit Support Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and financial procedures. Support tax filing and prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Education & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage. Experience: At least 2 years of financial management experience. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent analytical and leadership skills."
