Finance Manager ( Client Delivery ) – Hospitality Sector

£65,000 – £70,000 + excellent benefits | Remote, with occasional visits to Bristol

Your management skills, how you work with people and your technical knowledge will matter equally. If you enjoy leading a team, improving the way things get done and keeping up with what technology can do, this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the team: managing, developing and supporting a finance delivery team so they do their best work and the service stays strong
• Driving process improvement: spotting where things could run more smoothly and making those changes stick
• Making the most of AI: leading the team’s everyday use of AI and automation where it adds real value, to free people up for higher-value work
• Keeping the technical standards high: hands-on with statutory and management accounts, VAT, accruals and prepayments

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience managing and motivating a finance team
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across statutory and management accounts, VAT and month-end
• A natural drive to improve processes, and curiosity about how AI and technology can help
• Great people skills and confidence building relationships at every level
• A practice background would be a real bonus, as would hospitality sector experience
