Finance Manager - EMEA

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced EMEA Finance Manager to join our established Management Accounts team , supporting high‑profile operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa within our fast‑growing, private equity‑backed environmental consultancy. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial reporting, analysis and control across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on employment cost reporting — one of the organisation’s most significant cost bases. The role You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations and regional teams, contributing to a dynamic, acquisitive environment with opportunities for cross‑border exposure.
