What you will do
- Take responsibility for key strategic finance initiatives from the first day.
- Support external customer negotiations and develop marketing and sales plans with multifunctional colleagues.
- Improve the efficiency of production and logistics operations.
- Work in potential assignments including brand or product-category finance, customer business development, plant finance, accounting, and internal audit.
- Collaborate with and manage multifunctional teams across regions and organizational levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic results, completed before starting.
- Willingness to work at any DACH site listed for the role; full location flexibility across DACH is required.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a drive for leadership and strong interest in finance.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups while demonstrating creativity, innovation, initiative, and sound decision-making.
- Proficiency at minimum C1 level in both German and English, spoken and written.
