Finance Manager (Hybrid)

The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial well-being of the organization and helps ensure its continued viability. She/He develops strategies and plans for the organization’s long-term financial objectives, produces financial reports, and directs investment activities. She/he is responsible for budget planning and supports the executive management team by providing insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. JOB ROLES: Produces financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, accounts receivables, operational expenses, etc. Develops strategies that work to minimize financial risks Ensures that the organization's financial records and recordkeeping methods comply with applicable standards and government regulation Manages the team who are responsible for generating revenue, financial reporting, and budgeting JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be a graduate of BS degree in Accountancy and/or equivalent. Financial field managerial experience of at least 3 years. Has a rigorous, analytical, creative mind, must be reactive, good listeners and have a team spirit Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. A self-starter who can effectively deliver with minimum supervision while working onsite in Makati or from anywhere. Amenable to work on-site and in a work from home set-up (temporary) Willing to be assigned in Makati City
