Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Finance Manager to lead the financial operations within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial processes across
multiple business units. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial management, process optimization, and team leadership within a shared services or multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee day-to-day finance operations within the SSC, including AP, AR, GL, and reporting functions.
•Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
•Drive standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business units and ensure alignment with corporate financial policies.
•Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
•Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy.
•Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. Fluency in both is required.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
