Finance Operations Admin Join our Operations team as an Operations Officer: monitor game performance, help players, coordinate with support and tech, and grow with us. We usually respond within three days JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor daily gaming operations, including game performance and system functionality. Assist in managing customers' accounts, including account verification and basic issue resolution. Monitor and escalate suspicious activity in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention policies. Support bonus setup, promotions, and campaign execution. Prepare daily operational and performance reports. Coordinate with customer support, payments, risk, and technical teams to resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in game content updates and back-office system management. Support incident reporting and documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Bahasa are required, while proficiency in Chinese is an additional advantage. 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or online platforms (Gaming experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Good understanding of online platforms and basic technical systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
