Finance Operations Intern What you need to know about us M&C Saatchi Performance is a global digital media agency, connecting brands to people. We deliver business growth for our clients through effective, measurable, and evolving digital media strategies. What are we looking for? The business focuses on digital media, and strategy & we are presently offering several internship opportunities to talented individuals in our Jakarta office. This is a three-month internship, but successful candidates must be able to assume a full-time role if offered post-internship. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Finance Ops team to perform reconciliations for existing active clients and ensure accuracy and timely billing of all items. Organize and keep track of invoices across partners monthly. Solve invoice related queries from accounts payable. Perform other Adhoc duties as needed. Requirements: An exceptional eye for detail A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most notably Microsoft Excel Great communication skills. Organized, with a strong attention to detail and capable of handling projects simultaneously. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of digital channels (social, programmatic, search, mobile etc.) and reconciliations would be an added advantage. Must be able to think on one’s feet and take an idea from concept to completion.
