About The Role

IMan Investment is hiring a Finance & Operations Manager to own fund accounting, reporting and the operating cadence of our Hong Kong platform. You will partner closely with the investment team, administrators and advisors to ensure accurate books, clean LP communication and disciplined internal controls. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys both precision and practical problem-solving in a lean investment firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting workflows with administrators and auditors
• Prepare and review LP reporting packages, capital calls and distribution notices
• Manage budgeting, cash forecasting and vendor relationships for the management company
• Support compliance calendars, KYC/AML coordination and policy documentation
• Improve internal operating processes spanning finance, HR administration and office operations
• Partner with leadership on board materials and ad hoc financial analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fund operations, PE/VC finance, audit or related roles
• CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred
• Hands-on familiarity with fund accounting concepts and LP reporting standards
• High integrity, organised working style and clear stakeholder communication
• Experience in Hong Kong or Asia Pacific fund environments preferred
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus
