Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Process Consultant with a strong background in finance processes, business transformation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve finance operations through practical AI and automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms. This is a business-oriented role, not a software development or AI engineering position.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Identify automation and AI opportunities across financial close, reporting, controlling, and FP&A.

🔹 Analyze and optimize existing finance workflows and processes.

🔹 Configure AI-enabled workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar platforms.

🔹 Develop and test proofs of concept to demonstrate business value.

🔹 Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

🔹 Develop roadmaps for finance automation and AI adoption.

🔹 Drive implementation, user adoption, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Background in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Transformation.

✅ Experience in finance processes, reporting, and business process improvement.

✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar no-code/low-code solutions.

✅ Knowledge of workflow automation and AI-enabled business processes.

✅ Ability to translate business challenges into practical automation solutions.

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✅ Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.

⭐ Familiarity with Power Query and data analysis tools.

⭐ Experience in international organizations and finance digitalization initiatives.
