Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Our mission is to empower individuals and teams with innovative technology, enhancing their efficiency and creativity. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional mobile and desktop experiences for those who aspire to achieve more.

As a Finance Reporting Team Lead, you'll own financial reporting across the group and make sure it's accurate, on time, and reliable. You'll lead a small team covering management and statutory reporting, consolidation, intercompany, and the controls behind them. As a player-coach, you'll stay hands-on in the close, grow the team, and build the processes the group will rely on as it scales.

What you'll work on:

  • Own the monthly management reporting package and turn variances into clear business drivers leadership can act on.
  • Lead statutory reporting and year-end audits under IFRS and local GAAP as the main point of contact for auditors and tax advisors.
  • Own multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and intercompany accounting so group numbers are clean, fully eliminated and auditable.
  • Run the close calendar and the internal controls behind it, fixing root causes of issues rather than their symptoms.
  • Drive automation of reporting workflows with Finance Systems to cut manual work and shorten the close.
  • Lead and coach a small team of accountants while personally carrying the most complex, judgment-heavy parts of the close.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Build processes, controls, and documentation from the ground up as the finance function matures.
  • Lead reporting automation on a new accounting system during a major upgrade in accounting granularity.
  • Solve non-standard problems like app store revenue recognition, FX management, cost allocation, and cross-border group structures.
  • Grow as a leader, building your own team and working closely with the VP of Finance

About You:

  • 5+ years in financial or statutory reporting, audit or controllership, with strong hands-on IFRS knowledge.
  • Proven experience consolidating multiple entities and currencies, including eliminations, FX translation and intercompany.
  • Track record of running statutory audits and working directly with external auditors.
  • 1-2 years leading or mentoring accountants, ideally as a player-coach who still does hands-on work.
  • ACCA, CPA, CIMA or local equivalent, completed or substantially complete.
  • A curious, organized approach: you dig into the real root cause of variances and keep accuracy high when priorities shift.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience at a fast-growing international tech or SaaS company, ideally with IFRS 15 revenue recognition for subscriptions or digital products.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with consolidation software or BI tools on large data sets.
  • Experience leading reporting automation or an ERP rollout, including work with AI agents in accounting workflows.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP or other local GAAP, transfer pricing, and ICFR controls.
