What this role is all about As a Finance Shared Service Specialist, you will support Record-to-Report (RTR) operations across multiple financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Your scope will include reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, journal entries, and month-end closing activities within a multinational Shared Services environment. You will collaborate closely with local and global finance teams while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence. What you’ll do Post journal entries provided by Local Finance teams Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and intercompany processes Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open items to ensure reporting accuracy Analyze financial information, prepare reports, and verify transaction accuracy Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and procedures Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, strengthen controls, and implement best practices Act as a key point of contact for Local Finance, AR, AP, and Consolidation teams Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries Participate in process improvement initiatives and SSC projects Support the maintenance and update of team manuals and process documentation Provide support to the RTR Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What makes you a strong fit Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field 3+ years of experience in General Accounting, ideally within a Shared Services Center environment Strong understanding of accounting principles and RTR processes Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members Strong communication and collaboration skills Intermediate English level or above, spoken and written Why you'll love it here • Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact. • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5. • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options. • Work-life balance and Well-being - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations. • Career mobility - Your career is a journey.
